  • Clothing - When visiting Andaman, it is important to pack for the weather, which can vary from hot to warm during the day, and moderate at night. Therefore, it is recommended to bring multiple sets of light cotton clothes, including long-sleeves, short-sleeve T-shirts, Bikinis and shorts. It's also essential to bring multiple sets of undergarments, a pair of socks, a small towel, a windcheater jacket (deserts can be cold at night), conservative clothing, and a shawl or scarf to cover the head.
  • Sunglasses and Sun cap - A lightweight sun cap and sunglass with side flaps are perfect to keep your head cool and avoid sunburns on a sunny day
  • Cold Cream & Sun Screen (SPF 40+): To avoid sunburns and chafing, you need to put on sunscreen as well as cold cream.
  • Footwear - A comfortable shoe is required when traveling outdoors. They shouldn’t be chunky, instead, they should be lightweight and sturdy. Also advised to carry some sandals it will help you in spending your day at leisure.

  • The best month to visit the Andamans would be anyone between November and May. The monsoons can be erratic with high tidal waves and strong winds. The greatest time to visit the Andaman and Nicobar Islands is during its annual tourism festival, which takes place in January.
